Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. However, please note that during peak periods, processing may take up to 1 week. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. There may be a slight delay with shipping if we experience a high volume of orders or if there are postal service issues outside our control 

We accept returns up to 28 days after delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at EGCandles@myyahoo.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these issues on a case-by-case basis and will work to find a satisfactory solution.
