How strong are your candles and wax melts?

Our products are designed to deliver a balanced scent throw that fills your space without being overpowering.

 

What’s the difference between wax melts and clamshells?

Wax melts: Typically come in individual shapes or small pieces that can be placed directly into a wax warmer.

Clamshells: A specific type of wax melt packaged in a convenient container with pre-portioned cubes that are easy to break apart and use.

 

How long do your candles and wax melts last?

4oz candles: Burn for approximately 20 hours.

8oz candles: Burn for approximately 40 hours.

Wax melts and clamshells: Provide up to 6-8 hours of fragrance per shape or cube

 

What materials are used in your products?

Our candles are made from soy wax with either cotton wicks or crackling whistle wood wicks for a unique burn experience. We reuse tins where possible to reduce waste and promote sustainability.

 

Are your products eco-friendly?

Yes, our candles and wax melts are made with natural ingredients and packaged in recyclable materials wherever possible.

How do I get the best use from my candles?

Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each burn.

Allow the wax to melt evenly to avoid tunneling.

 

How do I use wax melts or clamshells?

Simply break off a cube or use a wax melt shape, place it in a wax warmer, and enjoy the fragrance as it melts!

 

Can I reuse the jars or tins after my candles are finished?

Yes! Clean the container with warm, soapy water and repurpose it for storage, plants, or decor.

 

Shipping & Returns FAQs

How long does shipping take?

All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. During peak periods, such as holidays or special promotions, processing may take up to 1 week.

 

You will receive another notification once your order has shipped. Please note that shipping times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as high order volumes or delays with postal services.

 

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours at EGCandles@myyahoo.com with a photo of the damaged item and your order number. We will address the issue on a case-by-case basis and ensure a satisfactory resolution.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the UK.

 

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on unused products within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition. Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a full refund for the product, minus any shipping costs for the return.
